Avoiding Staff Burn to Support Healthy Growth

Hello, my name is Allan Ross, Operations Director for Hospice-On-Call which is a hospice specific triage call center. We are an auorthoty in hospice and home care telephone triage coast-to-coast. We help hospice and home care companies handle there after-hour and weekend staffing for phone triage as one way to alleviate staff burn out and apply resources to support growth.
